PITTSBURGH (AP) - Jeff Locke allowed three hits over seven innings, Pedro Alvarez homered and the Pittsburgh Pirates won for the eighth time in 10 games, 1-0 over the Houston Astros on Sunday. Locke won his fourth straight decisions and gave up one run or fewer for the fifth time in his past eight outings. He struck out four and walked three.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Tony Parker had 20 points and nine assists, Kawhi Leonard scored 18 points and the San Antonio Spurs struck first in the Western Conference finals by beating the Memphis Grizzlies 105-83 Sunday. Game 2 is Tuesday night in San Antonio.

GREER, S.C. (AP) - Former South Carolina player Mark Anderson won the BMW Charity Pro-Am on Sunday for his first Web.com Tour title, closing with a 6-under 65 at the Thornblade Club for a five-stroke victory. The 27-year-old Anderson had a tournament-record 27-under 259 total, the third-lowest score in relation to par in tour history.

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Longtime NASCAR driver Ken Schrader became the oldest winner in ARCA Racing Series history Sunday, dominating the Menards 200 at Toledo Speedway. The 57-year-old Schrader surpassed Iggy Katona as the oldest series winner. The Missouri driver won for the fifth time at Toledo and 16th time overall in the series.
