MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Maya Moore scored a franchise-record 48 points, the second most in WNBA history, to help the Minnesota Lynx beat the Atlanta Dream 112-108 in double-overtime Tuesday night. Moore hit 16 of 30 shots from the field, including 7 of 9 from beyond the arc.

ATLANTA (AP) - Jack Sock beat Alejandro Gonzalez 6-2, 6-4 in the first round of the BB&T Atlanta Open on Tuesday. Sock and partner Vasek Popisil won the doubles title at Wimbledon earlier this month, upsetting the top-ranked team of Mike and Bob Bryan in the finals.

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. (AP) - The Atlanta Falcons have added depth and experience at linebacker by signing former Colts starter Pat Angerer.
