Closing Arguments Begin in Seale Trial

The kidnapping and conspiracy trial against reputed Klansman James Seale could go to the jury Thursday. Judge Henry Wingate has given the jury instructions. Right now-- lawyers for both sides have began closing arguments. Coming up on News Channel 12 at Five, we’ll have a live report from the federal courthouse with the latest on the James Seale trial. The case will then be given to the jury. The judge will also decide whether the jury will be sequestered during deliberations. 71-year-old Seale is on trial for kidnapping and conspiracy charges connected to the 1964 disappearance of 19-year-olds Charles Moore and Henry Dee. They were last seen walking down a dirt road in Franklin County. Their bodies were later found in the Mississippi River.
