Wednesday morning, Keyon Pittman came to Ridgeland police headquarter, but left before talking with investigators.

Apparently when Pittman and his attorney showed up at the police station, they saw News Channel 12 reporter and left.

Police say Pittman is not a suspect in the death of his finacee Avis Banks, but they believe he may have important information about why she was killed.

Police interviewed Pittman just after Banks was killed.

Pittman's attorney told our media partner the Clarion-Ledger his client knows nothing about the death.

Ridgeland police say Pittman had a relationship with Carla Hughes, the woman now charged with Banks' murder.
