Jackson Police say they will not charge a woman accused of shooting and killing her boyfriend during a domestic dispute.  29-year-old Christopher Lewis was shot and killed Friday morning at the Elton Park Apartments on Elton Road off Interstate 55 South.  Sgt. Jeffery Scott says the findings of the investigation will be turned over to a grand jury.  Detectives questioned Lewis' live-in girlfriend, 28-year-old Felecia Thomas.  Scott says JPD turned the case over to the grand jury without charging Thomas because there was evidence she was assaulted.
