KFC Cake Recall

By Ashley Strange
KFC is recalling thousands of cakes because they aren't labeled correctly. The recall includes double chocolate chip cakes. KFC says the cakes contain eggs, milk, wheat, and soy but the labels don't have these ingredients listed on them. The cakes come in 16 ounce packages with a black or clear plastic bottom and a clear plastic dome. People who are allergic to these ingredients could be seriously hurt if they eat the cakes. One person has already has a serious allergic reaction. The cakes are sold at KFC restaurants nationwide. The restaurants will stop selling the cakes until the labels are corrected.
