In Meridian, Alcorn State and Alabama A&M split a baseball doubleheader on Saturday. A&M edged Alcorn State in the first game 7-5, and the Braves took the nightcap 7-5. The rubber match will be played on Sunday at Sykes Park in Meridian at 12 p.m.
