    Unofficially the city of Jackson has a new mayor. Ward 6 councilman Tony Yarber led attorney Chokwe Antar Lumumba the entire vote counting process on election night.With 100% of precincts reporting, Yarber received 20,463 votes. Lumumba received 17,545.It was loud during Yarber's speech declaring victory around 8:30 p.m. but the cheering was pretty much the same volume as when only a handful of precincts were reporting just after 7:00 p.m.The evening was the culmination of two weeks of fierce...
