Three in Neshoba County accused of molesting young girl

PHILADELPHIA, Miss (WJTV) - In Neshoba County, three people are charged with molesting a young girl.

Neshoba County Sheriff Tommy Waddell says three are charged with gratification of lust after allegedly engaging in different kinds of sexual contact.

Teresa Hooley, John Hooley, and Eunice Walker are all charged with lustful touching.

 Teresa Hooley is also charged with condoning child abuse.

John Hooley and Eunice Walker face additional charges of sexual battery.

In Mississippi, gratification of lust or lustful touching carries a sentence of up to 15 years. Sexual battery can include a life sentence for assault of a victim under the age of 14.

The girl has been placed in the custody of Child Protective Services.

All three remain in custody and are being held at the Neshoba County jail.
