LOS ANGELES -

Justin Bieber is canceling a concert in Portugal.

The pop star collapsed on stage during a concert in London last week, and spent the night in the hospital.  He also showed up late to an earlier performance. And he got into scuffle with a photographer who taunted him.

No word on why Bieber is canceling the show in Lisbon.

Actor Steven Baldwin has reached a deal to avoid jail time. He owes $350,000 in back taxes and fines to New York state. Under the deal, he has up to five years to pay back the money.

The Talk is the next stop for Valerie Harper. The star of the 70's sitcom, Rhoda, has terminal brain cancer. She says she is determined to live each day's moments fully.

Some of the biggest names at CBS are being welcomed into the Emmy Hall of Fame.

Mary Steenburgen and Ted Danson presented the Emmy to CBS president and CEO Leslie Moonves. Face The Nation host Bob Schieffer was also honored.

Saturday Night Live alum Rachel Dratch stepped into the role of the late, great singer, Ethel Merman.

Dratch joined several Broadway and big screen stars to help raise money for Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, which helps kids battling cancer and other deadly diseases.
