Got Milk? Looking at the Fat Intake in Toddlers

Researchers at the University of Virginia asked parents of 11,000 children about their milk use and found the average weight of kids who drank regular and 2 percent milk was lower than kids who drank low fat or skim milk.  

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends children drink low fat milk after the age of two to reduce saturated fat intake and prevent excess weight gain.
