After recent problems with violence in parks at the reservoir, officials say they're going to start charging a fee of three dollars per car.
They hope the move will cut down on troublemakers.
Nearly two weeks ago, a huge brawl broke out at the Old Trace Park in Ridgeland.
As seen in a video posted to the web, multiple people are assaulted.
One man is knocked unconscious.
Ridgeland police estimate around 1200 people were at the park during the brawl.
Nine people were arrested and one has been recently charged with aggravated assault.
Reservoir officials say, the board of directors had been considering making the change for the past year.
The changes apply to weekends and holidays.
Those who enter the park after noon will have to pay.
