Rice imported from Taiwan and China have the highest levels of lead, which could pose health risks, one study says.

The health risks are higher for infants and children.

Only 7 percent of rice consumed in the U.S. is imported, but rice imports are on the rise.

The findings were presented at an American Chemical Society meeting.
