Boone Police ask for help to solve morning burglary

BOONE, NC (WJHL) -

The Boone, NC Police and High Country Crime Stoppers are asking for help to solve a crime.

Police say someone broke the front glass of Expressions on Howard Street around 5:30 this morning and stole several items from the store.

The suspect was wearing black gloves, a dark blue jacket, jeans and a white beanie with black designs around the rim. The man was also carrying a multi-colored satchel.

If you have any information about the crime, call Crime Stoppers at 828.268.6959 / 828.737.0125 or the Boone Police Department at 828.268.6900.  All information will be kept confidential.

High Country Crime Stoppers does offer a reward for information that leads to an arrest or recovery of stolen property.
