The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi is proud to announce the investment in the future of our children by All American Check Cashing. All American Check Cashing will be making a $10,000 contribution to fund financial literacy classes for the children of the Boys & Girls Clubs as part of National Financial Literacy Day. The contribution will enable the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi to provide a head start on the financial well being of thousands of children in the Jackson metro area and Canton.
"We are excited to announce this contribution to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi," said Michael Gray, President of All American Check Cashing. "Supporting the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi is a natural extension of the national program which enables the kids to learn how to maintain healthy financial habits through the rest of their life". The National Endowment for Financial Education (NEFE) introduced Financial Literacy Day more than a decade ago.
"Financial literacy has been a component of our youth development strategy for years. We strongly believe it is important for kids to understand the importance of personal finances. We're proud to partner with All American Check Cashing to teach our kids about financial literacy," adds Billy Redd, President/CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi.
