FBI TELLS NEWS CHANNEL 12: Arrest made in ricin-letters case

TUPELO, MS -

James Everett Dutschke, 41, is in custody in connection with ricin-laced letters sent to President Barack Obama, Senator Roger Wicker and a Mississippi judge.

FBI officials tell us he was arrested at his Tupelo home early Saturday morning without incident.

Dutschke's home and business were searched as part of the investigation.
