JACKSON – The Jackson State at Tulane 2013 football season opener has been rescheduled for Thursday, Aug. 29. The game will be played in New Orleans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Game time and other information will be announced at a later date.
The game was originally scheduled for Aug. 31.
Jackson State enters the 2013 season as the defending Southwestern Athletic Conference Eastern Division champion. Following the game against Tulane, the Tigers will face the Alabama State Hornets for JSU's home opener at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium.
