Glenvar has a pretty hefty history and tradition of excellence on the softball diamonds. And that tradition continues with talent moving on to college softball.

The Highlanders are once again a Three Rivers power at 13-3...5-2...a half game back of the district lead held by Auburn and Floyd Co.

Today two seniors that are helping lead the way announced plans to play at the next level. Morgan Neal is headed to Shenandoah and Samantha Stinson will play college ball at West Virginia Wesleyan.  They are two more members of Alan Bayse's squad  that will carry the Highlanders diamond tradition forward.
