Composite Sketch: Armed robber holds up family in Pier 1 parking lot

GREENVILLE, N.C. -

Police released a composite sketch of a suspect accused of robbing a family in a parking lot.

It happened around 9 o'clock Thursday night in the Pier 1 Imports parking lot right in front of the Greenville Mall.
     
Police said the robber walked up to a man, his wife, and his daughter, pointed a gun at them, and robbed them. Luckily, none of them were hurt.
     
Investigators said he got away with cash and jewelry before running off.
     
Police said the man had on a black shirt, blue jeans and a black Pittsburg Pirates hat.
