Nascar's All-Star weekend included a little of everything.  From the stars and cars..past and present to the chance for anybody to race their way in, which is exactly what Jamie McMurray and Ricky Stenhouse Jr did in the Showdown segment. McMurray says its tough to be a member of the circuit and find yourself on the outside looking in.  And the fans get a driver too. This year they punched Danica's ticket to the big race voting her in. Danica says she always tries to be available to the fans and also honest with them.

@When the rubber finally hit the road it was the Busch brothers dominating the action.  Kurt and Kyle split the four segment wins- One and Four for Kurt--Two and Three for Kyle.  But during the mandatory pit stop Jimmie Johnson came in fourth---and left in second...in what turns out to be the key to the win. Chad Knaus explained that the 48 car needed to at or near the front to have a chance..and we was able to get enough clean air to do just that. Johnson took it from there, getting by teammate Kasey Kahne in the final laps to win the non-points race for a record 4th time.  He collects the million bucks and a cool trophy to boot.

Jimmie says it was a long way back from qualifying 18th, but getting to the front was the key and his crew chief and his crew delivered for the win.  The Nascar boys stay in charlotte..for the series toughest endurance test, the Coca-Cola 600.
