He's charged with capital murder in the death of Octavia Love.
The 17 year-old Wingfield high school student was seven months pregnant.
The coroner tells us Love, known to her family as Shunta, died from a single gunshot wound to the back of her head.
Authorities say her unborn child also died.
Love's family doesn't buy Morrison initially told police. That she was handling a shotgun when the loaded weapon went off, striking her once in the back of her head.
"She was murdered because it's no way she shot herself in the head and how could you shoot yourself in the back of the head," said Love's uncle, Timothy Love.
