"We are so proud of every child that participated in this event. We saw lots of great talent and even children overcoming their fear of performing," said Director of Development and Marketing Elaina Jackson. "This event gives children an opportunity to explore the performing arts and express themselves creatively in a fun environment."
Lights, Camera, Imagination! is a part of the museum's cultural arts initiative and efforts to continue to provide Mississippi's children with access and exposure to the arts. MCM strives to inspire children to discover their potential through the visual, performing and fine arts during art education programs or interacting with the museum's permenant exhibits.
