If you're looking to check out some all-star game playing, head out to Franklin County High next Friday.

The third annual southwest and central Virginia all-star classic football game is set to kick off there around 7 P.M.

The football game showcases athletes from high schools all across the Roanoke valley.

Phil Miron "It's an opportunity for the kids who aren't chosen for the state all-star game to actually play in an all-star game. Because you can only take so many kids in an all-star game and there is a lot of deserving kids that don't get picked, so it's an opportunity for those kids to participate."

The change in venue isn't expected to affect this year's turnout.

Tickets for the game are 10 dollars, and kids six and under are free.
