POUND, VA (WJHL) -

Wise County sheriff's deputies say a sting operation lead to the arrest of a potential child predator.

Investigators say 31-year-old Timothy Lewis McGraw, 1521 Spring Ave Norton, VA, was sending sexually explicit content to a minor through facebook instant messaging.

The Sheriff's Office had an officer pose as a minor and arrange a meeting with McGraw.

When McGraw arrived at the meeting site in Pound Wednesday night, was greeted by members of the sheriff's response team and immediately taken into custody.

McGraw is charged with one count of use of communication systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children.

McGraw is being held without bond in the Duffield Regional Jail.
