A New York entrepreneur and cancer survivor has designed swimsuits for women who have undergone mastectomies.
The suits come with hidden pockets for inserts and wide straps. They also come high underneath the arms to cover scars, but they don't look frumpy.
"That was really my goal," says swimsuit designer Patricia Brett. "...so a woman could forget all about breast cancer and look phenomenal (as) she did before."
Brett is an architect by trade, but after surgery, she decided to make her own swimsuits using the design skills she learned.
That was three years ago, and since her company's inception, the suits have been selling out.
