Two men arrested in a Jackson church parking lot robbery are behind bars.
Our cameras captured 19 year-old Terrance lee and 21 year-old Donuvan Beddingfield being transported back to the county jail following an initial court appearance Friday.
A judge denied bond for both men.
They're each charged with three counts of armed robbery of an individual.
They are accused of robbing at gunpoint three people in the parking lot of Northminster Baptist church Monday night.
Investigators believe that case is connected to a similar armed robbery last week at St. Richard Catholic church late last week.
The two young men haven't yet been charged in that case where four people were held up.
Beddingfield's grandmother tells us says he came from a good family.
"We always wanted our children and our grandchildren to be a productive part of society," said Dorothy Beddingfield. "We try to live by example."
Beddingfield played football at Hinds community college, where he spent three semesters before dropping out.
A Facebook photo shows Benningfield standing in front of a black Camaro that he reportedly owns. It's the same car police believe was used as the getaway vehicle from the church crime scene.
