High-Protein, Low-Carb, No Flour Crust Pizza
Steps to Make Pizza : Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees For the Crust, Place chicken in food processor and process until a ground up, moldable, consistency. Remove chicken from processor and add to large mixing bowl. Add egg and seasoning to the chicken and mix together thoroughly. Using a Large baking or Pizza pan, spread the chicken mixture onto the pan. (spread the mixture thin for a more firm crust) Place the crust into the oven for approximately 20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove the crust and add the pizza sauce, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, and veggie cheese. Return the pizza to the oven for approximately 15 minutes.
