SALEM, VA -

Ziggy's Entertainment, a family business that puts on a number of parties in our area, uses the tools they learned to run a business to help those in need.

Owners Jamie and Theresa Hill are organizing a fundraiser called "For the Kids" to raise money for medical expenses for three different children with three different health conditions.

Along with face painting and bounce houses, Jamie will teach the parents how to organize a fundraiser.

"There are so many people out there who need help but they don't know how to get the help that they need, so inside of us just handing checks out we want to empower the parents to help themselves help the children," Jamie explained.

Theresa says helping to organize fundraisers makes a big difference in the patients' lives since some parents often don't break even, meaning medical bills don't get paid.
