The Secretary of State confiscated thousands of dollars of counterfeit goods from a Raleigh man during a raid this week.
Court documents show 44-year-old Maurice Majette was running the fake items out of a business named Massiah Fashions on Rogers Lane.
Majette is also accused of selling the fake items out of his home.
Investigators intercepted boxes of the fake shoes and other items, delivered from New York.
Court documents show Majette has been convicted of selling counterfeit goods in 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2012. He was given probation in each instance.
An evidence report from the office of the Secretary of State shows items such as counterfeit Air Jordans and Louis Vitton handbags were confiscated from a shipment intended for Majette. The total estimated worth of the items taken on June 12 was $65,100.
Another evidence report from the office of the Secretary of State shows agents confiscated goods intended for Majette at a UPS hub in Wake County on June 27. Items confiscated included jeans, shoes and handbags. The estimated total worth of the shipment intended for Majette was $63,960.
