Goldsboro men accused of having sex with teen

GOLDSBORO, N.C. - Two men are behind bars, accused of having sex with a teen.

It happened Saturday night at a home on Walnut St.

Goldsboro Police say officers responding to a disturbance call found a 14-year-old female running from the residence with her mother chasing after her.
        
The juvenile’s mother and grandmother told police they had found the 14-year-old in bed with 2 adult men, who were still inside the residence and later detained. The juvenile told police she had sex with one of the men.  Both men were arrested and taken in for questioning.

31-year-old Daryl Lynwood Locklear, a registered sex offender, was charged with 1 count of Statutory Rape of a Person Who is 13, 14, or 15 Years Old by a Defendant Who Is at Least Six Years Older Than The Victim and placed in the Wayne County Jail in lieu of a $500,000 secured bond. 32-year-old Joseph Carl Thomas was charged with Indecent Liberties with a Child and placed in the Wayne County Jail in lieu of a $45,000 secured bond.
