A federal judge has scheduled an Oct. 1 sentencing hearing for a man charged in a Hinds County crack cocaine case.
Terrence Lamont Womack was indicted in July 2012 on five counts related to crack cocaine. The indictment says he possessed the drug and intended to distribute it on several occasions from June 2010 to January 2011.
Court records say Womack also used the names "Fella" and "Rock."
He pleaded guilty to one count in U.S. District Court in Jackson in July.
