Federal court records say the second suspect in a south Mississippi prison pipe bomb case will plead guilty.
Scott Jenkins Waits wasn't in the car when the bomb was found June 1 at the South Mississippi Correctional Institution. However, authorities say he was involved in making it.
Prison officials say the bomb wasn't intended to be used against the facility, and that another defendant forgot it was in the car when he took a woman to visit and inmate.
A filing Monday says Waits will plead guilty Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Gulfport to one count.
Another defendant, John Harberson, already pleaded guilty in the case.
