RALEIGH, N.C. -

N.C. State University campus police made an arrest in connection with two peeping incidents on campus Monday.

Officers arrested Korey Jamal Williams, 20, in his dorm room Tuesday morning. He is charged with two counts of secretly peeping.

Williams is accused of following women into the ladies room in two seperate buildings on campus, the 1911 building and Ricks Hall. Officers said he would then peak over the stall.

WNCN spoke with one of the college students who was victimized. She helped identify Williams, so officers could pick him out on security video.

"He just peaked over {the stall}," she said. "I said, ‘excuse me', and he left."

"I recognized his shoe. I was able to identify what he was wearing."

When asked how relieved she was of the arrested, the young woman said, "I am glad, because I don't understand why people would do this."

The Raleigh man, a junior at N.C. State, was given a $4,000 bond Tuesday and told to have no contact with the victims. He has a November court date.

It is believed the women targeted were chosen at random.
