WJTV News Channel 12 - Heritage QB is Week 9 Player of the Week

Heritage QB is Week 9 Player of the Week

Posted: Updated:

Coach Brad Bradley's hHeritage team is out to a perfect 8-0 start, and a big reason why is senior quarterback Austin Fitzgerald.  The Pioneers signal caller continues to navigate his team through the rough and tumble Seminole District with great precision.

This is video from earlier this year...but Friday night at City Stadium he finished 15 of 29 for 240 yards and goes "Gettysburg Address" with four scores in the Heritage 30-27 win over Liberty.  Good enough to keep the Pioneers perfect--on Senior night no less.  Good enough to clinch the Seminole District as we head to Week 10.  And plenty good enough to be named our Stop-In, 1st and 10 Player of the Week.
