Summit Municipal Court Judge Jose Simo set the bond this past week for 36-year-old Corey Cowart of Kenner, La. Cowart is charged with two counts of murder in the deaths of 30-year-old Christie L. Wells and 39-year-old Tomecka D. Williams. Police say the shooting occurred last week at a home where Cowart was living.
