Former JPD officer, Tony Davis, is set to plead guilty to bribery case.
Another Ex-Jackson Officer Charged With Bribery
A change of plea hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 18 for a former Jackson Police Department narcotics officer charged in a federal bribery case.
The hearing for Tony Davis was scheduled in an order Monday. His attorney had filed a notice in U.S. District Court in Jackson that Davis intends to plead guilty.
Davis was indicted Oct. 3 and charged with trying to bribe another officer related to city transactions. He had pleaded not guilty.
Davis is free on a $10,000 unsecured bond.
