Knoxville, Tn -  Tennessee Volunteer football coach Butch Jones says he and his staff will use the holidays to re-evaluate this past football year and look ahead to the 2014 season.

 The vols will once again be home for the holidays after finishing 5-7 in Jones' debut season.

 It was Tennessee's 4 straight losing season, the last time that happened was in 1903-06.

 Jones' has always said "he's building this program brick by brick and even though the Vols record didn't show it, he feels there was improvement, but there's still a lot of work ahead.

 Jones has already divided his roster into five separate groups that will compete over which of them does a better job of conditioning over winter break.
