    A woman claims she was running from an attacker and tried to jump a five foot fence when she became impaled. Firefighters had to use power saws and a grinding saw to cut her free, all while she was conscious.     A woman who owns several dogs and cats in Jonesborough faces multiple animal cruelty charges after an animal control officer says he found the animals living in deplorable conditions. Johnson City-Washington County Animal Control Officer Wayne Thomas caught it all on tape.

HAMPTON, TN (WJHL) -

The Carter County Sheriff's Office arrested four people on Friday after a two month long investigation into suspected drug activity.

The sheriff's office says it executed two search warrants in Hampton, TN at 401 Dennis Cove Road and 123 Parham Street.

At the home on Parham Street, investigators say they found a meth lab.

The following were arrested in connection to the investigation:

Johnnie Danyel Russ, age 36. Russ was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II Narcotics, and Failure to Appear. Russ also has additional charges pending in Carter County Criminal Court, including Initiation of a Process to Manufacture Methamphetamine, stemming from a lab discovery on 10/8/2013 in the Stoney Creek Community.

George Reginald Maupin, age 39. Maupin was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Schedule II Narcotics.

Robert Howard Presnell, age 36. Presnell was charged with Initiation of a Process to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture, Maintaining a Dwelling Where Narcotics are Manufactured or Sold, and Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ronald Forrest Lowe, age 41. Lowe was charged with Initiation of a Process to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture, Maintaining a Dwelling Where Narcotics are Manufactured or Sold, Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony. Lowe was also wanted for an indictment out of Carter County charging him 9 counts of Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture.
