Raleigh police release phone number to locate abandoned vehicles

RALEIGH, N.C. -
The Raleigh Police Department released two phone numbers to aid those who are attempting to located their abandoned vehicles following Wednesday's winter storm.
Raleigh police said those who abandoned vehicles in Raleigh during the storm should return to where
they left them. If it was necessary to move a vehicle, it may be nearby and
within sight, and the owner can simply drive it away.
If an owner is unable to find their vehicle call (919) 996-1220 and (919) 996-1221.
Those lines will be staffed until midnight tonight and again beginning at 7 a.m. Saturday.
