TAMPA, FL (WFLA) -

The owners of Domani Bistro Lounge will continue cleaning up Wednesday morning after a two-alarm fire damaged  the restaurant and the nearby furniture store Tuesday.

The Italian restaurant was only open for about one year but it became the Seminole Heights favorite. The lounge is now destroyed. The Seminole Heights Neighborhood Association has promised to help get the restaurant get back up and running.

Debi Johnson, the President of the Old Seminole Heights Neighborhood Association, said the association will try to find a way to donate funds directly to the businesses and help organize fundraisers.

"The guys that owned it were very happy to be in the neighborhood and we were happy to have them here," Johnson said. "We want them to stay here and we are going to do everything to help them out."
