SEFFNER, FL (WFLA) -

Hillsborough County commissioners will hear the report on the Seffner sinkhole that killed a man almost a year ago to the day. The Park, Recreation and Conservation Department staff will present the report at the commissioners' meeting Wednesday.

The sinkhole opened up under a house on Faithway Drive in Seffner and killed Jeffrey Bush. His brother Jeremy tried to save him but had to be pulled out of the sinkhole by a deputy.

Jeff Bush's body was never recovered. Authorities leveled the sinkhole site demolishing Bush's and two nearby houses.

Wednesday the commissioners will hear the remediation and restoration plans for the former sinkhole site.
