JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) - Johnson City investigators used tips from the community to help them make two arrests.

Police tell News Channel 11, Sherry Young, 32, and Rashad Feggans, 37, were arrested Friday after the department's Special Investigation Squad followed up on complaints of illegal drug activity at an apartment on South Beech Street.

Young is charged with Maintaining a Dwelling where Controlled Substances are Kept or Sold, while Feggans is charged with the Sale of Schedule II Narcotics.

The duo was taken to the Washington County Detention Center and are being held on a $10,000 bond. They'll make their first court appearance Monday afternoon.
