One injured in mobile home fire in Hillsborough

THONOTOSASSA, FL (WFLA) - One man was taken to a hospital after a double wide trailer caught on fire in Thonotosassa early Thursday morning, Hillsborough fire officials said.

Hillsborough Fire Rescue crews responded to 10320 Rangeline Road around 1 a.m. Thursday. When they arrived the mobile home at Oaks of Thonotosassa Mobile Home Park was engulfed.

The crews extinguished the fire. Paramedics took the occupant to a hospital. Local American Red Cross volunteers will be helping the displaced residents.

Fire officials are investigating the cause of fire. They haven't released any information about the victim's condition.
