Fans of Tampa’s famed Columbia restaurants will get to dine at Richard Gonzmart’s newest venture soon. Plans are in the works for “Ulele” to open on or around July 15, according to the restaurant’s June 5 post on Facebook.

The restaurant is named after the nearby Ulele Spring and will feature locally grown food and fish caught from local waterways. Its menu will feature Native American and multicultural influences.
