Tennessee is about to get a sense of how far its come - and how far it still has to go. When Tennessee visits No. 4 Oklahoma on Saturday, the Volunteers will be carrying a 2-0 record into a road game with a top-five team for the second straight season. MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- An Orange-and-White basketball star is getting ready for life away from the University of Tennessee. Jarnell Stokes is less than three weeks from the NBA Draft, and he was right up the road Monday.

Stokes had a work out with the Memphis Grizzlies, trying to show he's the guy that belongs next to stars Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol in the post.

"Being as big as I am, I look at guys like Zach Randolph and David West, spot up shooters," Stokes said. "I just gotta be consistent with my jump shot and be able to extend my range, but I can't get away from using my body either."

Memphis Head Coach David Joerger was impressed with both the athletic prowess of Stokes and the finesse of his game.

Joerger said, "You don't want to just fall in love with somebody's body as an athlete, but he's got a great body and he brings all the other things to the party too. I think his ceiling is pretty high."

The NBA Draft starts June 26th. Stokes is projected to go in the early to middle second round.
