 Edible Piedmont Magazine's Fred Thompson fires up the grill outside of Whole Foods Durham to make ribs.  He's talking to Patrick Ford of Bone Suckin' Sauce.

 Recipe: (measurements not available)

Rib sauce:

Pineapple juice

Fresh ginger (minced)

Bottle of Bone Suckin' Sauce Yaki Sauce

Pineapple Chunks

 

Prep the ribs by removing the membrane. Fred says by doing so it allows more flavor to get into the meat and it makes the ribs easier to eat. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and add sauce to the ribs.  Cook for 2 1/2 hours on the grill on low (between 250-300 degrees). Once time expires, throw the ribs on the grill to add some grill marks and add more sauce.

Serve!
