Port Gibson police to host Diabetes Awareness Day community event

PORT GIBSON, Miss. (WJTV) – The Port Gibson Police Department and the Mississippi SHINE Project are partnering to host Diabetes Awareness Day on Saturday, November 23.

The event will offer free blood pressure checks, free glucose testing, free BMI and free diabetes supplies for participants who attend.

It will be held from 9:00 a.m. until noon at Hudson’s Grocery at 1002 Market Street.
