Jackson Police investigate homicide at Hilltop Inn & Suites

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) --

UPDATE 8/13/17 - 4:40 PM: Jackson Police have released surveillance photos of the suspects in the deadly shooting.

Jackson Police are investigating the city's 35th homicide of the year.

It happened Saturday at the Hilltop Inn & Suites on I-20 Frontage Road.

Jackson Police identified the man as 57-year-old David Peden.  He was shot multiple times in the hotel.

There are three suspects involved in this morning's homicide: one black female and two black males last seen leaving the location in a red pickup truck between 3-4AM.
