INDIANAPOLIS Ind. (WISH) – Thursday is the final day of the Democratic National Convention. Some big names made their case for Hillary Clinton Wednesday night. The lineup included V.P. Candidate Tim Kaine, Vice President Joe Biden and President Barack Obama.
Social media blew up Thursday morning after Democrats and supporters rolled out their big names to make a statement about Hillary, but what seemed to shine through, each speaker attacked Trump in their own way.
Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who was at the DNC as an Independent, stated, “The richest thing about Donald Trump is his hypocrisy.”
Biden stated Trump “he has no clue, period.” And President Obama even called Trump a “Demagogue.”
“That’s why anyone who threatens our values, whether fascists or communists or jihadists or homegrown demagogues, will always fail in the end,” said the Obama.
People on social media have been reacting, including Trump himself.
Speaker Paul Ryan’s reaction tweet said “Under Obama admin, we’ve had a system that favors established interests-big govt, big labor, & big business-over hardworking Americans.”
FLOTUS Michelle Obama also sent a reaction tweet.
The final day of the DNC gets underway Thursday morning around 10 a.m. Chelsea Clinton is expected to speak later Thursday evening just before Hillary Clinton takes the stage for the final speech of the convention.
