JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Incumbent Hinds County Supervisor Bobby McGowan, District 5, won the primary runoff election.
McGowan defeated his challenger, Malcolm Johnson, during Tuesday’s race.
McGowan received 1,841 votes, while Johnson received 1,289 votes.
